What is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)?
CBT is a type of ‘talking therapy’, which research has shown to be effective for a number of psychological problems, including anxiety, phobias, trauma, depression and low self-esteem.
CBT is goal-focused and, compared to other types of talking therapy, tends to be relatively brief (typically between 6 and 20 appointments).
